Q. How can I tell if my printer or copier uses an all in one toner cartridge system?

A. Generally it is pretty simple. If your printer uses a fairly expensive unit it probably does. The best way to tell is to check the users manual. If you don't have it simply open the printer and see if it is a single unit or one that the toner is added to separately. Generally just by looking at the unit you can see if it has the drum in it.

Q. Will using a recycled toner cartridge void my warranty on my printer or copier ?
A. This is a popular question. According to the Magnusson Moss Warranty Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act, Subparagraph C, Section 101, no manufacturer can legally require you to purchase supplies exclusively from them. If you purchase a re-manufactured cartridge or recharged your old one from a quality re-manufacturer (like Copy Wizard), it should perform exactly or the same or better than the original and it will not void the warranty.

Q. Will using a recycled cartridge damage my machine ?
A. A toner cartridge that has been properly remanufactured will not cause any damage to your printer or copier. If you are using Copy Wizard, you have an equal chance that this will occur from a brand new cartridge since we test the cartridges before they go out. We are usually able to offer even better quality than the original manufacturer because of the technology that has evolved in our industry. Replacement parts and toner have been improved in and are made to last longer.

Q. Will my cartridge last as long as the original?
A. Your cartridge will usually last an average of 20% longer if you recharge your cartridges with us. Believe it or not, the original manufacturer doesn't fill their cartridges up to full capacity. We put in an average of 20% or more toner than the original manufacturer. You are not just saving money buy having your cartridges recharged but you are also saving money because they last longer.

Q. How do I ship my cartridges to you to be recharged or purchased?
A. Our shipping instructions are listed on our order page. If you have further questions you can E-mail or call and we will be happy to help.

Q. What will prevent random miss-fed paper?
A: This could mean that the separation pads in your machine need to be replaced. You can tryCleaning them with a lint free cloth dampened with water. You might try fanning the paper , trying Different paper or even flipping the paper over.

Q. My printer moans when the paper comes out of the top tray, is this a serious problem ?
A. No, it just means that your paper delivery rollers are starting to wear. You will probably need to Have the machine serviced in the near future, but if you don't mind the noise and the printer is working Alright it is not necessary to do anything with it.

Q. When printing, I get "Greek" instead of my normal printout, what happened ?
A. Check your printer cable, usually one side of the cable will have come out of the connector. If you continue to have problems it may be necessary to reinstall your print driver (always delete the old driver first).
